Look who celebrated a birthday after the New Year. Happy Birthday Marzena!
After all of the celebrations it was time to hit the road again. Before we left, I managed to help out a bit with a project that Artur started at one of the rental houses. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling from the bathroom on the second level and we had to remove the cabinets to cut out the damaged part of the ceiling, then patch and put it all back together. During the removal of the cabinets, a few tiles came loose and had to be re-installed as well.
The dog house was also finished right before the snow and a big temperature drop. Nasus even has motion sensor lights now to keep his area lit at night. We spoiled him a bit on this trip, but he’s a great dog and deserves some luxuries.
One last night trip to the cemetery to say our goodbye's to loved ones. We also wanted to see how the battery operated candles held up. They turned out great and hopefully they last.
With the first snow of the season, a group photo was in order before departure. Getting the little ones to cooperate at the same time was a bit of a challenge. We finally got it.
